Ballina Arts and Crafts Incorporated (BACCI) was formed in 1998, primarily to provide and promote a friendly meeting place for artists and craftpersons from Ballina and surrounding districts.

Artistic expression of all kinds is welcomed and members are encouraged to discuss their work, and exchange ideas in a friendly stimulating atmosphere.

BACCI has at least two major exhibitions each year where members have the opportunity to display and sell their work. We are a charitable organization and these exhibitions give us the opportunity to raise funds for needy  community groups.  We are proud to say, we were instrumental in establishing the Northern Rivers Community Gallery which opened in 2007.  This was with assistance from the local community, the Northern Rivers Arts Council and the Ballina Shire Council.

Our annual membership fee is $30.00 for exhibiting members with social membership only $15.00 per year and new members are very welcome.

A monthly newsletter provides members with information about upcoming exhibitions, special events and social activities.

We look forward to welcoming you to BACCI.

  1. Hi as one of the #BACCI members it’s great to still be able to do some work in isolation and create some art in this crazy locked down world. Just entered the #BorderArtPrize for the first time. So much fun!
